The Wayside Inn regularly mills corn and wheat flour in its historic Grist Mill. Built by Henry Ford in 1929 The Wayside Inn Grist Mill is on the site of the How Family mill. The Grist Mill was a prime supplier to King Arthur Flour and Pepperidge Farm, and served as the isnpiration for the Pepperidge Farm logo.
Our Grist Mill products are non-GMO and are not gluten free.
We cannot ship Grist Mill products, pick-up only please.
